Hi, my name is Danii. I am a 26 years old and study design and art at Hochschule Luzern. I live in Solothurn, Switzerland.
My cosplay journey started 8 years ago, in 2016. Since then I built over 20 cosplays, mainly from games like Diablo and Borderlands. I visited many conventions in and outside of Switzerland and participated in several cosplay contests over the last few years. In 2021, I won first place at Fantasy Basel's Cosplay contest with Auriel from Diablo III. Btw, this cosplay was actually displayed in museum Burghalde in Lenzburg AG for almost 1 1/2 years!
When it comes to LED and anything like fog machines and stuff, I turn to my partner (fabulous.cosplays), who is a genius when it comes to these things. He helped me light up my Auriel wings and put a fog machine in my mephisto prop.
My current project is Nightsong (Dame Aylin) from Baldur's Gate 3. Since I can't focus on just one project, I sometimes work on multiple costumes at the same time. This is why I started with Riven from League of Legends as well.
